Refunds for Goods
Refund requested must be made within 28 days after delivery of your goods.
Returns
Returns can be made in person at any of our branches.
Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, please contact us by either email or phone.
We only accept returns on the following reasons:
- Goods are broken on delivery;
- Goods do not match the description; or
- Goods are the wrong size.
Items must be returned in new condition and in no way must they have come in contact with any used bee equipment. Returns must be made within 28 days after delivery of your goods.
