Shipping Policy
General Instructions
- We suggest using a non-rural address if possible to reduce your courier costs and speed up delivery times.
- Orders cannot be delivered to New Zealand PO BOX addresses
- Delivery may be delayed during peak season and holiday periods
- Tracking information will be provided for all orders
Payment & Fees
Our flat fee courier charge applies to orders not exceeding .11m3 (large carton) or 20kg – should this apply to you order, we will contact you regarding additional courier charges or freighting quote. Other than for customers with accounts and approved credit limits, goods will not be delivered to a customer until payment for the order has been received in full.
Dispatch Schedule
All products in stock will be processed and dispatched within 24-48 working hours of us receiving your order. Orders are processed during our office hours of 8-5pm, Monday to Friday. If you place an order over a weekend this will be processed as soon as possible on our next business day. Delivery times may vary but would generally between 2-3 days for residential and an extra 2-3 days on top of normal delivery time-frames for rural delivery. Goods are delivered on business days only. We cannot deliver on weekends or public holidays. If for any reason we are unable to meet the above dispatch turnaround we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. From time to time items on your order may be out of stock, in which case you will be notified either by email or phone, so please ensure your contact details are correct.
Additional Delivery Instructions
Delivery instructions, such as “leave at the back door”, should be provided in the “Additional Delivery Instructions” in the Shipping and Billing section when completing your order.
Authority to Leave
Unless notified all consignments will default to Authority to Leave in a safe place on your premises. If you do not want your items left please advise in “Additional Delivery Instructions” in the Shipping and Billing section of the online order form.
If you do not want to give Authority to Leave, then you will have to be in attendance at your delivery address to sign for and receive the goods during normal business hours, otherwise, additional freight charges may apply for attempted redeliveries
The customer authorises the Courier driver to leave their order without a signature and indemnifies NZ Beeswax Ltd, and its Courier service provider, against any claim for loss and/or damage relating to any items delivered.
International Orders
We do not currently accept international orders via our website. Please contact us on info@beeswax.co.nz and we will assist you with your enquiry.
