VespaCatch Select Yellow-legged Asian Hornet Trap
VespaCatch Select Trap is specifically designed to combat the Asian hornet (Vespa velutina) also called Yellow-legged hornet.
With it’s adjustable dial, you can easily adjust the size of the trap entrances to 7, 8, 9, 10, or 11 mm (0.28, 031, 0.35, or 0.43 inches). This allows for better targeting of Asian hornets based on the time of year (foundress trapping and autumn trapping) and also enables the capture of other hornet species.
Combined with a drowning prevention grid and exit holes for other captured insects, it ensure maximum selectivity. This trap offers an eco-friendly solution, minimising the impact on other insects while effectively targeting Asian hornets.
The VespaCatch attractant is sold separately as 10 ml or 1 litre containers.
